Toxin type - Incobotulinum toxin A

This is a second-generation toxin, with the least available complexing proteins. This means that it is the purest toxin formulation available, with studies showing fewer incidences of side-effects and resistance compared to other formulations. 

Results visible for around 3 months

Cost: R80 per unit

Forehead and brow treatment - approximately 40 units required for females and 50 units for males (varies by 10-15 units)

Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) - armpits, palms, face/scalp. 

10-15 units per area.
